C'est La Vie to Ooops Moments

Hello lovelies,

Every heard the saying 'I laughed so hard I peed my pants' well as with most of lifes little phrases it's more true than we think.

Whether you've had children or not, 1 in 3 ladies will experience slight bladder weakness and that's why I love the new Lights by Tena campaign!

C'est La Vie to Ooops Moments!

The beauty of this message is it's showing that this is not something to be ashamed about or that it only happens 'old' people.

As we've evolved and embraced our periods, let's also unite and embrace the other little things that happen in life along the way.

Lights by Tena are discreet, compact and fit perfectly in your bag. For all life's little emergencies it's best to be prepared so don't forget your life essentials!

Tear in your outfit? Pop a mini sewing kit into your bag and you'll have that sorted quicker than Stella McCartney during London fashion week!

Nipple playing peek a boo with your top whilst your skirt auditions for the next Marilyn Monroe photo op?
Double sided fashion tape will keep those flirts hidden whilst a spritz of anti-static spray will keep your pink bits covered ;)

Over eager lunch date ruined your lippie? Keep a pack of wipes handy! That delicious burrito won't ruin your pout (admit it! You thought I was going to say snogging didn't you? Lol)

Pelvic floor muscles feeling the strain? Keep some Lights by Tena in your bag and bob's your uncle the day is saved!

These life savers are more absortant plus feature the unique FeelFresh Tecnology which controls odour whilst keeping you dry and feeling fab!

The point I'm making is that we women live a fast paced lifestyle and worrying of every little Ooops moment will get pretty boring.

Laugh at the funny stuff, cry at the sad, love wholeheartedly and C'est la vie to Ooooos moments :)

  2. One or all of these has happen to us all at some time or another, better to be prepared than have an embarrassing oops moment. You're right, us women feel so much more comfortable talking about periods now so it shouldn't be any different with bladder weakness. These are handy little things to carry in your bag to avoid an uncomfortable moment
